Wearable technology
The innovative wearable technology design process consists of a wide variety of applications, combinations of ideas, textile or technologybased designs and cross-functional skills, fiber- and textile technology, ergonomics and clothing technology, electronic and information technologies, sociology, as well as fashion design.
I am focused on textile based, "soft", innovations. Together with Clothing+, a Finnish wearable technology pioneer, we provide innovative approaches to everyday problems by creating easy-to-wear solutions.
Wearable technology will not necessarily lead to a fundamental change in clothing habits, but in the near future it will become increasingly commonplace particularly in sports and leisurewear.
